We want to welcome you to our new website! We are officially official now.
My name is Teresa, and I am one of the co-owners of Seeds & Chevron, LLC. My best friend Karis and I started Seeds & Chevron around September of 2017. Since we are starting to really get some momentum, I thought it would be great to start out our new website with an "About Us" post. So here goes!
Our backgrounds are instrumental in how we got started! I started with fiber arts, such as knitting, crochet, weaving, etc. I began with crochet when I was about 13 years old and just took off from there.
Karis has experimented with so many different jewelry mediums over time, I feel pretty confident that if you see something you like, she can make it. One day she saw a beautiful piece of beaded jewelry and had an increasingly strong desire to learn how to make it.
This is when bead weaving was introduced into our lives. Bead weaving is the perfect combination of both of our passions! We've been friends for over 10 years and it's crazy how this new craft has helped us to bond more than ever.
In the last 6 months we have become an official LLC, launched our very own website, and connected with some of the most INCREDIBLE entrepreneurs in the city. We are absolutely honored to be a part of the Kansas City business scene and even more honored to have had the opportunity to meet some of the kindest women who have helped us move forward with our own business venture.
